Group EPEX participated in songwriting for the first time since their debut, and that song has been chosen as the title track for their comeback activities.
On the 27th, EPEX released the tracklist image for the mini album 7 '소화(韶華) : Epilogue (소화 : 에필로그)' through their official social media.
According to the tracklist, EPEX will include a total of four tracks on this mini album, beginning with the title track 'ECHO (에코)', followed by 'Everyday's Tomorrow', 'BOYS IN THE BAND (보이즈 인 더 밴드)', and 'Even if I don't know love well yet'.
The most eye-catching aspect is the members' participation in songwriting and composing. Rap members Jeff, Baekseung, and Aiden participated in writing and composing for the first time in five years since their debut. The three took charge of the lyrics for the title track 'ECHO', and each placed their names in the lyric and composition credits for the tracks, proving their musical growth.
EPEX is also presenting new attempts in visual concepts on this album. The broken mask shown in the tracklist image symbolizes the imperfections of youth and the process of 성장, and combined with the narrative running throughout the album, it leaves a strong impression. These devices and the members' participation are expected to convey even more special meaning to fans.<
