Abyss Company's first virtual boy group Miwan Boys lifts the veil and throws its hat into the global virtual idol market.
Miwan Boys will release the pre-debut single "PLUMA" today (27th) at 6 p.m. and begin full-scale preparations for their launch. Ahead of that, they abruptly released a music video teaser on their official social media channels.
The released teaser video, with mysterious sounds, sensually depicted the intimate emotional lines of boys yearning for something in different spaces. The puzzle pieces and metronomes of different colors that appear on screen and other intricate direction hinted at the members' organic consolidation and the beginning of a vast narrative to unfold.
In particular, the music video was completed by the famous animation production team PEPPER CONPANNA, which previously delivered a fresh shock with the opening video for the TVING original series "Pyramid Game" and the teaser animation for IVE's "LOVE DIVE," raising its level of completeness. PEPPER CONPANNA's distinctive refined direction and the Miwan Boys members' visually striking individuality combine to offer a deeply immersive experience, as if watching a cinematic work.
Also on "PLUMA," Jo Wonsang, producer and bassist of the leading band Lucy, participated in the songwriting. Wonsang infused the lyrics with Miwan Boys' fresh yet resolute coming-of-age narrative, strengthening their musical identity. Jo Wonsang not only wrote the lyrics but also performed the bass himself.<
