On the other hand, Shin Gye-sook, single for 64 years, expressed excitement, saying, "I transferred to Seoul at 14 and have lived on my own since. I ran away from home to cook and still haven't been able to go back home. If I, as an elderly person living alone, die by myself, what will happen? I think about it a lot. I feel like I finally have a companion of love."
Above all, when asked whether she was worried about living together, Shin Gye-sook said, "I have sometimes thought about what it would be like to live together. I was worried and a little excited, and since it's something I want to try, isn't it like practicing living together?" and vowed, "Practice seems very important. I need to switch to a code for living together that shows what I should do and what I should not do."
