Singer and producer Rhymer offered a final farewell to the group AB6IX, which is leaving the agency after a seven-year exclusive contract.
On the 26th, Rhymer posted several photos on his personal SNS with the message, "our beloved AB6IX, ABNEW, Brandnew, thank you all for your hard work."
The released photos included pictures of Rhymer and AB6IX members. Photos capturing memories and history from recent concerts convey a heavy sentiment.
Rhymer said, "Thanks to you, I was able to dream new dreams, and I have been genuinely happy. Thank you," and added, "And I really want to tell my reckless, passionate youth that it did a good job. You worked hard!"
Last month Brandnew Music Co. said, "Since debuting on May 22, 2019, AB6IX's exclusive contract with our company will end on May 25. Accordingly, after sufficient discussion with the members, AB6IX's group activities will take a short hiatus following the 2026 AB6IX concert '6IX TO SEVEN,' held over May 23 and 24."
After finishing the concerts on the 23rd and 24th, the members wrote handwritten letters on the 25th expressing their regretful farewells to fans.<
