YH Entertainment's five-member boy group AND2BLE, which the company is ambitiously unveiling for the first time in about four years, officially throws its hat into the music scene today (the 26th).
AND2BLE will release their first mini album Sequence 01: Curiosity (Sequence 01: Curiosity) at 6 p.m. on the 26th through various online music sites. This album is the prologue to the vast journey AND2BLE will unfold going forward, taking
The title track Curious (Curious) is an energetic EDM track combining synth-pop and future house, with members Jang Hao and Ricky participating in the songwriting to add authenticity. The blend of house beats and heavy synth bass delivers strong addictiveness, and it expresses AND2BLE's bold aspiration to face without fear the changes that dangerous curiosity ahead of a new beginning may bring.
A dark-mood performance that delivers visual impact is also a highlight to watch. Casper, a leading K-pop choreographer who created the choreography for EXO's Ko Ko Bop, Taemin's Guilty, and SHINee's Don't Call Me, participated to complete a high-quality performance notable for powerful steps and tempo control. In addition, production company Legend Film, famous for its stylish direction, produced the music video, maximizing synergy by capturing overwhelming visuals like a fantasy film and AND2BLE's trendy synchronized dance.
The new record includes a total of five tracks that offer a glimpse into AND2BLE's sophisticated musical world: the sub-title track Aura (Aura), which wittily captures the members' charms; Sugar Rush (Sugar Rush), which rhythmically conveys the addictive feeling of love; Bed (Bed), which features sweet falsetto; and the fan song Happy & (Happy &) that warmly depicts the excitement and meaning of a miraculous meeting, in addition to the title track.
Having drawn global fans' expectations as a "complete rookie" who possesses vocals, performance, and visuals even before debut, AND2BLE begins full-scale activities starting with the music release at 6 p.m. on the 26th. Later the same day at 8 p.m., they will hold an on- and offline simultaneous fan showcase at Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Seoul.
