The group BTS drew attention once again with heartfelt messages to fans along with the joy of winning awards.
BTS recently shared their acceptance remarks during a live broadcast and also spoke candidly about the controversy over lodging price increases that arose in connection with their concert.
That day, while the members were expressing gratitude to fans, they mentioned the situation in which sharp price hikes at some lodging establishments became a topic of conversation ahead of the concert. RM said, "Isn't it better to look at things in the long term?" and added, "Busan has become an attractive city that many people visit these days, so it's regrettable."
Suga also expressed regret, saying, "The atmosphere in Busan is really good these days…," and Jimin said, "I hope those who come from far away take away only good memories," adding, "Of course money is important, but it's a shame when it goes too far."
In particular, Jeongguk, who is from Busan, used his distinctive dialect to say briefly and forcefully, "Stop it. You can't do that," drawing both laughter and sympathy. RM then cautiously added his view, saying, "There can be differences between peak and off seasons, but isn't a reasonable limit necessary?"
Meanwhile, BTS once again proved their global influence by winning multiple awards, including the grand prize, at a recently held awards ceremony. Even amid the joy of winning, the members' sincere remarks addressing practical issues from fans' perspectives are receiving renewed attention.
