The spread of false information is an act that carries serious legal responsibility, and we plan to respond sternly to this."
O Se-deuk said, "The currently disclosed materials are matters for which I personally filed criminal complaints (attached contents related to additional investment, criminal complaint over private documents for equity transfer and acquisition, not O Se-deuk's seal), and separately, many members within the cooperative also, after checking the facts to date and the corporate account transaction details related to investment, filed and proceeded with multiple complaints and criminal charges together with me."
He continued, "If the other party's claims were true, complaints or criminal charges should rather have been filed against me. However, to date there has not been a single complaint or criminal charge filed regarding that. Also, on some social media, a specific person 'C' who appears in news reports is being maliciously distorted and portrayed as me, but this is a clear distortion of facts," and he emphasized, "Please do not be misled by claims based on false information into posting incorrect comments or committing secondary harm. All facts will be made clear through the relevant procedures and investigation results."
