ONEWE embarks on a new musical voyage with fairytale-like sensibilities.
ONEWE (Yonghun, Kanghyun, Harin, Dongmyeong, Giuk) will release the full track list of single album 2 '點 : The Quiver' and the full music video for the title track 'ICARUS' at 6 p.m. on the 28th through various online music sites.
Earlier, on the 25th the official YouTube channel posted the teaser video for the title track 'ICARUS' of single album 2 '點 : The Quiver'.
In the released video, ONEWE overwhelms viewers with images of confidently moving toward the light without wavering despite countless wounds. The stark contrast between warm light and cold darkness is depicted with sensory direction, heightening curiosity about the full version. In particular, toward the end of the video the five members gathered under the bright light layer their beautiful harmonies, delivering deep resonance and a lingering aftertaste that drew reactions from global fans.
The title track 'ICARUS' is a song based on lyrical alternative rock sound. It reinterprets the story of Icarus from Greek mythology from ONEWE's unique perspective. The romantic narrative of willingly flying toward an unreachable being despite knowing one will fall is striking, and the intense band sound that erupts toward the latter part of the song offers a thrilling catharsis.
The new single '點 : The Quiver' is the album that opens ONEWE's newly developed "dot, line, plane" series. It expresses the subtle tremor and excitement and the feeling of fear at the moment of encountering an unknown world with ONEWE's distinctive delicate, fairytale-like sensibility.
