Film director Hong Sang-soo and actress Kim Min-hee's recent whereabouts are again drawing attention. After last year's first family sighting with their son was reported, interest has continued as the three were recently spotted together again.
Recently, a post on an online community reported that director Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee appeared at Incheon International Airport with their young son.
The author said "the baby was really cute. i-dle really grow up so fast," and added that "there was also someone who looked like a nanny or a manager with them." He recalled that "neither of them covered their faces with hats or masks, and they were carrying a stroller and a large bag," and added, "many people recognized them but they didn't seem particularly bothered."
In particular, regarding Kim Min-hee, there were reactions saying she looked "plain and naturally pretty rather than flashy like before."
Earlier, the two were also spotted recently walking with their son around the Misa area of Hanam, Gyeonggi. In photos released at the time, director Hong Sang-soo was seen pushing a stroller and Kim Min-hee was walking behind him.
What drew netizens' attention most was how much the child had grown. His frame, large enough that he no longer fit entirely in the stroller, caught the eye, prompting reactions such as "he's grown more than I thought" and "time really flies." The two became late-in-life parents at ages 65 and 43 respectively, which made the child's appearance even more notable.
Also, the first time photos of the two with their son were made public was last year in photos of a walk at Misa Lake Park. In those photos, director Hong Sang-soo was smiling brightly as he looked at the child, and Kim Min-hee also attracted attention by holding the child in her arms.
Meanwhile, director Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee have been together for a long time after acknowledging their relationship in public in 2017. Since then they have focused more on overseas film festivals than domestic activities, and it is reported they have recently been working on a new film.
