The band QWER (QWER) has ascended to "May queen."
QWER (Chodan, Magenta, Hina, Siyun) performed at PEAK FESTIVAL 2026 on the 23rd and at the 2026 Asia Motorsports Carnival X Park Music Festival on the 24th.
QWER performed a parade of signature songs including 'CEREMONY', the title track that shares the name of their most recently released mini album, as well as 'Discord', 'Gominjungdok', and 'Fake Idol', and the audience responded enthusiastically to their refreshing band sound.
QWER, which is conquering not only festivals but also campuses, has continued its rising trajectory by appearing consecutively on university festival stages at Sangji University, Sungkyunkwan University, Yonsei University, Hanbat National University, Hongik University Sejong campus, Daegu Catholic University, Kyungsung University and others.
Also, on the 24th QWER surprised fans by releasing a special "80's Video Tape" version video of the mini album track 'BAD HABIT' on their official YouTube channel, and fans praised the vintage textured visuals that highlight retro sensibility, saying "this is our rock," "style explodes," and "funky music suits them so well."
Meanwhile, QWER has been added to various festival lineups, including the 2026 Weverse Con Festival on June 6 and ACON 2026 on July 25.
