The new music festival centered on the group Stray Kids (Stray Kids), 'STRAYCITY (스트레이시티)', will make a dazzling debut in Latin America this September.
According to U.S. concert promoter Live Nation and JYP Entertainment, 'STRAYCITY' is a new music festival in which Stray Kids headline every show. Named from the group name 'Stray' NAMING, this festival, under the theme of "awakening another inner self and discovering a new me," will offer audiences an overwhelming sense of immersion through Stray Kids' explosive energy and unprecedented stage production.
The festival will unfold successively in three Latin American cities, starting in Bogotá, Colombia, on Sept. 9 (local time), followed by Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Sept. 14, and Mexico City, Mexico, on Sept. 25. Leading the lineup is Stray Kids, followed by JYP label junior boy group NEXZ, and prominent local musicians active in the region such as Andrés Obregón, René, Bad Milk, K Lynch, Chaos, and Cocho will participate as supporting artists, enriching the lineup.
Having successfully completed the 56-show world tour dominATE across 35 regions worldwide, Stray Kids have solidified their unique position as headliners at global music festivals such as Lollapalooza Paris in France and British Summer Time Hyde Park in the U.K. Thanks to fans' enthusiastic response, 'STRAYCITY' is also expected to expand its host cities to various locations around the world in the future.
Meanwhile, in addition to 'STRAYCITY,' Stray Kids will appear on the stages of numerous major global festivals. They will appear consecutively as headliners at The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York on June 6 and Rock in Rio in Brazil on Sept. 11, continuing their significant global momentum as a leading performance act.
