The group LE SSERAFIM unveiled the veil of their new song stage one day before their comeback, striking the hearts of global fans.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae)'s growth narrative, their second full-length album "PUREFLOW" pt.1, was released simultaneously worldwide today (22nd) at 1 p.m. Starting with KBS2 'MUSIC BANK,' which airs at 5:05 p.m. that day, they will begin full-scale music show activities.
Prior to this, on the evening of the 21st at 8 p.m., they held a solo live event "PURE FLOWERS LIVE" in partnership with global audio and music platform Spotify at the Seosomun Sacred Site History Museum.
On the day, about 300 global fans who had been waiting as one for LE SSERAFIM's return gathered at the venue and generated a heated atmosphere. The five members opened the show dramatically with the lead single "CELEBRATION," which was pre-released last month and drew great interest, instantly heating up the venue.
LE SSERAFIM presented the stage for "Creatures," a track from this album, for the first time and unleashed explosive energy together with numerous dancers. Their relaxed stage manner and audience-overwhelming performance were enough to elicit gasps. On the other hand, the performance of another album track, "Sonder," delivered a lyrical and deep emotion contrasting with the power of their previous work, and fans responded with smartphone flashes and light sticks, creating a spectacular scene.
When the global hit "SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS)" and the title track from their fourth mini-album, "CRAZY," followed, the venue transformed into a huge chorus area reminiscent of a solo concert.
Above all, the pinnacle of the day was the new title track "BOOMPALA" (Boompala) stage. Once you hear it, its addictive melody and easy-to-follow point choreography made the audience sing the chorus perfectly, sharing an electrifying catharsis.
During the ensuing talk time, LE SSERAFIM said, "There is a heartfelt song I wrote thinking about the members," "'Saki (feat. Aliyah's Interlude)' will feature very striking lyrics," and "the 'BOOMPALA' choreography added harmless smiles to give it a surprising charm," releasing spoilers about the new album and raising expectations.
LE SSERAFIM said, "It is meaningful to be able to play it first for Pionea (the fandom name), who are the most precious and beloved before release. Since this is our first full album in three years, we poured it full of affection, so we hope everyone enjoys it like a festival," expressing their overwhelming feelings.
