Yochi, leader of the group POW, is stepping up his global activities.
Yochi will release the solo single Blow Your Mind (Feat. Sik-K, Bryan Chase) on various online music platforms at 6 p.m. on the 22nd.
This single was produced by world-renowned DJ and producer Diplo and King Henry, and Grammy-winning R&B artist Lucky Daye and Sasha Alex Sloan participated in songwriting to enhance its completeness. In addition, Sik-K and Bryan Chase contributed as featured artists to complete a track with global sensibility.
Having built a solid growth narrative through activities with POW, Yochi is expected to boldly reveal his own musical color and vocal charms as a solo artist with this work.
Yochi said, "They were people I really admired originally, and because they are so famous and good, I was very surprised at first. I was very grateful, but I also felt pressure," and added, "I think fans' expectations are high, so I worked even harder. Since this is a song I prepared a lot for, I hope the fans like it."
Ahead of Yochi's activities, a representative said, "Yochi spent about three years on detailed work and practice for this song. He repeatedly made endless revisions and recordings to build his own style, and he put great effort into incorporating his own color even while collaborating with global musicians."
