The group LE SSERAFIM revealed the goals they want to achieve ahead of the release of their second full-length album.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) will release all tracks from their second full-length album ''PUREFLOW' pt.1' and the music video for the title track 'BOOMPALA(붐팔라)' at 1 p.m. on the 22nd on various online music sites.
''PUEFLOW' pt.1' is an album that contains the changes and growth that came from learning fear, and it is the group's second full-length album, released about three years after their first full-length album 'UNFORGIVEN,' which was released in 2023. After debuting in the music industry with the debut song 'FEARLESS,' which means 'having no fear,' they now want to convey a new message that 'because we know fear, we were able to become stronger.'
The new album title 'PUREFLOW' is an expression inspired by the line "For I am fearless, and therefore powerful" from the classic novel Frankenstein, and while preparing the second full-length album they wanted to return to their original mindset and conceived 'FEARLESS 2.0,' the next stage of 'FEARLESS,' which symbolized the team at debut. In that process, the sentence reinterpreted from the original in LE SSERAFIM's own perspective, "FOR WE ARE NOT FEARLESS, AND THEREFORE POWERFUL" (we are not people without fear. therefore, we are rather strong), was born. This soon became the theme of the new release.
Having gone through various experiences and been shaken while confronting fear, LE SSERAFIM did not avoid or deny it but rather used it as a stepping stone for change and growth, and they put the emotions and thoughts felt during that process into ''PUREFLOW' pt.1'.
The album's higher level of completion is because LE SSERAFIM members participated directly and added sincerity. In particular, the title track 'BOOMPALA,' which samples the globally famous 'Macarena,' perfectly implements LE SSERAFIM's autobiographical story and performance.

The lead single 'CELEBRATION' featured Kim Chaewon and Heo Yunjin, and track 5 'iffy iffy' credits Heo Yunjin and Hong Eunchae. Track 6 'How can we grow closer?' was created based on feelings Heo Yunjin felt in relationships with the members, and track 10 'Trust Exercise' features Kim Chaewon, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eunchae.

Because this is an album poured with such affection, the goals they want to achieve are also big. With 'SPAGHTTI' setting their personal best by reaching No. 50 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, they are aiming even higher.
"When 'SPAGHETTI' entered the Billboard Hot 100, we hit a career high, and the company celebrated us so much and threw a party, which was a very pleasant experience. So this time I hope we achieve better results than with 'SPAGHETTI' and that it becomes LE SSERAFIM's signature and hit song. And I want to have another celebration party.
