The girl group ITZY will take the stage as a headliner at the global music festival Mawazine (Mawazine).
ITZY will perform on the festival's main stage, OLM Souissi, in Rabat, Morocco, on June 23 (local time), where they are expected to showcase the true essence of the "performance queens."
Mawazine, which began in 2001, is a large-scale music festival attended by more than 2.5 million people each year, and this year the lineup includes famous global musicians such as ITZY, Tiësto, Nicky Jam and Rema.
Earlier, on the 18th ITZY marked a successful comeback by releasing their new mini album Motto. The title track of the same name blends mysterious, three-dimensional sounds with a refreshing melody that suits early summer, conveying ITZY's distinctive bright and positive energy and receiving enthusiastic responses from listeners at home and abroad.
Riding that momentum, ITZY will on the 22nd suddenly release a remix album, Motto (Remixes), that captures a different charm of the title track. The album includes four tracks in total: an English version, Band, Unplugged and Instrumental. In addition, on the same day they will officially release the physical Motto album in the United States, further stepping up their bid for global fans.
