In The Return of SUPERMAN, second child Seoyon showed resentment toward her father KCM for only looking at the younger sibling.
On the 20th episode of KBS 2TV's The Return of SUPERMAN (hereinafter "The Return of SUPERMAN"), in an episode titled "Growing up with you, dad too!", KCM's second child Seoyon was shown feeling jealous.
That day KCM held the youngest Haon, whose babbling had started, and gave a doting look. And in one corner of the kitchen, second child Seoyon was spotted watching the two.
Seoyon, showing resentment that her father only takes care of the younger sibling, whined to play outside. Regarding this, KCM said, "Seoyon loves Haon a lot, but one clear thing is she got a little jealous."
The more KCM took care of the younger sibling, the more marginalized Seoyon felt. Seeing this, Lalal said, "When a younger sibling comes, usually they dislike even being held. They tell them to stop and demand to be hugged instead," expressing sadness.
Also, Seoyon secretly hoped when her father approached, but when he turned to the younger sibling she could not hide a sullen expression. In the end Seoyon even acted stubborn in ways she usually did not, pushed away her father's touch and put up a wall.
KCM said, "Why are you being so stubborn today?" and approached his daughter again. But her mind had already turned, and a flustered KCM said, "Usually I would discipline, but I was a bit surprised then. I thought she was expressing her emotions a bit."
Afterward Seoyon murmured in a small voice, "Dad hates me," evoking pity. Lalal said, "I feel like crying. No, Seoyon," and added, "How much her dad loves Seoyon."
