Singer and actor Kim Junsu visited a 1,000-won shop for the first time and was left speechless.
On the 21st, a video titled Kim Junsu (XIA)'s GRAVITY Log I: Searching for gravity was uploaded to the 'Kim Junsu XIA' channel.
Saying fans had recommended he visit a 1,000-won shop, Kim Junsu, who visited in person, said "I've been once or twice in Japan, but I've never been to one in Korea," and began exploring the store.
First he looked at the lighting and interior corner and was surprised by the prices, from the cheapest 1,000 won to items in the most expensive 5,000-won range. He said, "They're selling this and still making money? How is this 1,000 won?" and "What have I been buying all this time? Is this why people told me to come to a 1,000-won shop? Where have I been shopping until now?" and could not take his eyes off the items.
Thanks to the explosive value for money, Kim Junsu's urge to shop also exploded. "Did they always sell clothes? They really have everything," he said, and "What on earth is this made of that they can sell it for 5,000 won? Because it's cheap I keep putting things in the basket," and he couldn't stop shopping. He ultimately purchased about 30 items, and the price was a little over 100,000 won. Even while paying, Kim Junsu said, "It's still not over 100,000 won," and he continued to be surprised even after seeing the receipt himself.
Meanwhile, Kim Junsu resides at S Residence, Lotte Tower, Jamsil, Seoul. It is known as the country's most expensive officetel, and he bought the penthouse with the largest floor area at a reported price of 8.9 billion won.
