The cute triplets we saw on 'The Return of Superman' have grown rapidly into eighth graders who have turned the household into a sheet of ice.
Actor Song Il-gook will share the startling recent news of his eighth-grade triplets on MBN 'Kim Ju-ha's Day & Night.'
Appearing in the musical 'The Hague' and taking on an ambitious challenge, Song Il-gook confesses on the 26th episode of MBN 'Kim Ju-ha's Day & Night,' which will air on Sat. the 23rd at 9:40 p.m., that the triplets who once appeared on a childcare program and made the whole nation virtual aunts and uncles are going through a fierce adolescent storm.
Song Il-gook said, "Not one, not two, but three are in eighth grade, so the house is a sheet of ice... they don't like coming on broadcasts to talk about themselves," and cautiously described the triplets' condition. But he soon lamented that he made a desperate plea to the triplets, "Dad has to make a living too. If you don't talk about yourselves, they won't call you," which set off laughter.
Song Il-gook also seized attention by releasing the latest photos with the triplets' permission. Inheriting tall DNA from their father and mother, the triplets have grown lanky at eldest Dae-han 186 cm, second Min-guk 183 cm, and third Man-se 180 cm, drawing admiration. With eldest Dae-han already surpassing Song Il-gook's height of 185 cm, attention turns to how much more the triplets will grow.
Also, while talking with Moon Seyoon, who has another adolescent child, Song Il-gook laughed by expressing strong sympathy for children's refusal of physical affection, saying, "The kids I knew are gone and kids I don't know have come." In particular, Song Il-gook showed frustration by saying, "I used to be the kind of person who kissed the kids a thousand times a day," while also saying, "oo still accepts it. Earlier, Song Il-gook also mentioned Dae-han, Min-guk and Man-se going through a turbulent adolescent phase on KBS1's 'Morning Garden.'
He confessed, "They're in eighth grade now. That terrifying eighth-grade. You never know which way they'll jump," and said, "Yesterday I was looking at the script and someone suddenly came over and said, 'Father, what are you doing? Don't talk about me.' You can't say which of the three it is. If you say, there will be an uproar. If this goes on air, it'll be a big problem. Will they be able to watch it at school? It's Min-guk. He's too sensitive."
He continued, "All three are sensitive, but especially Min-guk is sensitive. So when I post photos and such, I have to wait until they seem in a good mood and say, 'Can I post the photo?' and they say, 'Ah yes yes.' You have to get permission before posting. The kids I knew have disappeared and someone I don't know has come," he also lamented.<
