On the 21st broadcast of the ENA, SBS Plus variety show 'I am SOLO, love continues after' (hereafter 'NaSolSaga'), Yeong-sik of the 20th season, who was certain about drawing lines with his own strict principles, asked Yeong-ja of the 25th season frank questions about whether she would accept advertising sponsorships, whether she worked as an influencer, whether she had tattoos, whether she smoked, whether she looked like a younger sibling, whether she looked like a woman, and so on.
Yeong-ja of the 25th season said, "It was like a bolt from the blue while I was sleeping. In a way, I was thankful that oppa conveyed his feelings. And I do play mischievous pranks sometimes, don't I? In a way, it could mean that we communicated well, and in another way it could make me seem not serious. I thought it might have been an honest conversation," showing a not-negative reaction to that conversation.
Yeong-sik of the 20th season said, "In conclusion, I was glad we talked, but there were contradictions," and added, "I have ended those concerns."
Then Yeong-sik of the 20th season confessed in an interview, "I became certain about my feelings. This person is someone I want to go forward with as a partner, and if the parts I find uncomfortable and think 'this is kind of not right' are not breaking the law or causing social controversy, is that really a big problem?" He added, "Because I became very attracted to her, those things became meaningless."
