Singer Park Gun and Han Young opened up directly about the repeated divorce and separation rumors.
In the preview at the end of the SBS show Dong Sang-i Mung 2 - You Are My Destiny aired on the 19th, the couple, married five years, appeared and were shown addressing the rumors that had arisen.
In the preview video, Park Gun woke up in a tent instead of at home. Although Park Gun and Han Young had stirred excitement by showing playful chemistry, separation and divorce rumors had recently surfaced through YouTube and other channels. That led to curiosity about Park Gun living in a tent in a secluded mountain area.
At that moment Han Young appeared. Park Gun was not living alone in the mountain — Han Young and their pet dog were with him. Sitting side by side with Park Gun, Han Young said of the recent rumors, "We are living well, so I don't know why people keep saying we're divorced. It was really sensitive and difficult. So I talked about this a lot with my husband."
Han Young went on to say she was hurt by baseless, nasty rumors and added, "I think I've done as much as I can now," making a pointed remark that raised more curiosity.
Meanwhile, Park Gun and Han Young married in April 2022. They overcame an eight-year age gap to tie the knot. After repeated divorce and discord rumors, the two appeared on broadcasts themselves to explain or used social media to show warm, harmonious moments and dismiss the rumors.
