Actor Rhee Minjung opened up about a painful family history for the first time in 10 years.

Rhee Minjung and Rain played a married couple in the 2016 drama 'Come Back Mister'. Rhee Minjung said about why she appeared in that drama, "I thought it would be fun, plus there was a bit of personal history. My cousin whom I loved most passed away to the afterlife about two years before that. He left a child," she said.
She continued, "But the situation was so similar. The content in the drama. He left for the afterlife leaving his child, and you know that feeling of wishing you could meet them so much," she said.
She added, "In 'Come Back Mister', the male lead left his beloved family for the afterlife. After being reborn in a new body, he hovers around his family. So it felt a little more moving to me," she added.
Rhee Minjung also expressed regret, "Actually, what's a bit upsetting is that after 'Iris' everyone knows it. But 'Come Back Mister' didn't get high ratings, so people might not know it," she said, showing disappointment.
