That day Lee Young-ja told Seo Kyung-seok, who obtained a licensed real estate agent certificate, "I once tried to challenge the licensed real estate agent exam, but it was so difficult," she said.
Seo Kyung-seok said, "I studied so hard I cried," and when asked whether it was harder than the Seoul National University entrance exam, he admitted, "Seoul National University or whatever, it was just too hard," eliciting sympathy.
He added, "Out of six subjects, five are law. If you are not a legal professional, it's at the level of a foreign language. I barely passed over two years," he said.
Later Seo Kyung-seok surprised people by saying he was the first entertainer to score 100 points on the Korean history proficiency test. He explained, "I didn't get 100 points at once. At first I got 79 points, so I took the second test to just get over 80 and got 94," he said.
He continued, "I disclosed the whole process, and viewers told me to take the test one more time, so I took the third test. I scored 99, and I was going to stop, but while volunteering to teach at a welfare center and receiving encouragement I took the test again. That's when I got 100," he said, drawing admiration.
