Miss Korea alumna Kim Sa-rang revealed her diet secrets.

Kim Sa-rang said, "Today I tried filming my first vlog with a self-cam. Doing it myself was more embarrassing and harder than I thought. Since it's my first vlog, everything is very awkward and clumsy, but please find it cute."
This time Kim Sa-rang said, "Because I'm on a diet, I'm going to try the burrata salad I usually enjoy," and visited a diet restaurant she's been a regular at for more than five years.
Kim Sa-rang, who said she is dieting these days, said, "I used to have some weight I couldn't lose. I had a leg accident... while lying down I thought, 'Is my life really so joyful from eating so little and managing myself every day?' At that time I ate a lot and gained 3kg," and explained, "There is joy in eating when you travel. For that joy of eating, I'll lose 2 to 3kg before the trip and then go eat on the trip." She began dieting to adjust her weight ahead of a trip to New York.
Kim Sa-rang said, "When I said I only ate eggs before, people always thought I only ate that. That's not true," and admitted, "Actually dieting feels a bit stifling. Food suddenly decreases."
Kim Sa-rang also said, "In the morning I weigh myself and put on those jeans. Those jeans don't fit super tightly but have no stretch. Then it's really intuitive. When you sit they make your stomach hurt," adding, "If I really decide to lose weight, I put on the jeans."
She added, "But the really strange thing is that when filming starts, some Wegovy seems to start working," saying, "It shouldn't always swell when filming, and since 'if I eat I'll be scolded' has been my mindset since childhood, my body does it automatically," drawing attention. According to her official profile, Kim Sa-rang is 173 cm tall and maintains a weight of 49 kg.
Kim Sa-rang was recently embroiled in controversy over unpaid national taxes, and OSEN's reporting found that she paid the overdue taxes in full on the 9th.
