The group LE SSERAFIM is whipping up visual content and heating up excitement for their comeback. Ahead of the release of their second full-length album, they appear to have exploded global fans' curiosity by proving their limitless ability to carry concepts.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) from the 12th to the 15th sequentially revealed the four visual concepts of their second full-length album "PUREFLOW" pt.1, each raising comeback anticipation with a distinct color.
The first to be unveiled, the 'BIRCH SCAR' version was nothing short of shocking. It foregrounded a creature concept reminiscent of the classic novel Frankenstein. The members left a strong impression with bizarre makeup including stitch marks and black, pointed hands.
By contrast, the 'YUSU LILY' version showed a clear, transparent atmosphere and a refreshed, pure look, and in 'PEONY ROOM' they revealed natural and comfortable chemistry like childhood friends, showing a close bond. The compact version set in an office completed an urbane fashion-spread mood with its sensuous composition and styling. Their ability to move freely between intensity, naturalness and hip sensibility makes it hard to predict the mood of the title track "BOOMPALA" and piques curiosity.
Since debuting, LE SSERAFIM has made 'challenge' the group's distinctive identity by presenting new concepts and musical genres with each album. Their continuous expansion of new spectrums without settling into a specific image has secured them a unique position in the music industry.
This second full-length album ''PUREFLOW' pt.1' will be released at 1 p.m. on the 22nd. The new record will be packed with 11 tracks of diverse genres, including the title song "BOOMPALA," shrouded in mystery, and the lead single "CELEBRATION," released on the 24th of last month to a strong response.
