'My Royal Nemesis' Lim Ji-yeon showed another side with her all-around acting.
On the 16th, the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'My Royal Nemesis' (directed by Han Tae-seop, written by Kang Hyun-joo, produced by Studio S·Gil Pictures) aired, in which Shin Seori (played by Lim Ji-yeon) visited her grandmother Nam Ok-soon (played by Kim Hae-sook) to find out Shin Seori's personal background for an interview. Shin Seori felt strangely moved by her grandmother's neighborhood being dreary, and knowing that she and her grandmother lived alone made her heart waver, but when she saw gangsters come to bully them into selling the shop for resort development, she opened her eyes wide.
To understand drama trends, Shin Seori, who had also watched 'The Age of Wanderers,' shouted the famous line, "I have no intention of bowing to your boss. That's no different from bowing to Japan!" — a line from episode 18 spoken by Kim Du-han — and, after shouting the line, did not hesitate to kick and punch. Shin Seori subdued them in an instant and rescued her grandmother from danger.
