KATSEYE proved its overwhelming global stature by winning two awards at the prestigious Webby Awards (THE WEBBY AWARDS), known as the "Oscars of internet content."
On the 16th, according to HYBE-Geffen Records, KATSEYE won the main award at the 30th Webby Awards for the "Better in Denim" campaign with a fashion brand, and also took home the People's Voice Award in the fashion, beauty & lifestyle, branded entertainment video & film category, which is decided by public voting. They were listed among winners alongside global icons such as Lady Gaga, Lionel Messi and Timothée Chalamet, proving their influence beyond music.
The campaign that earned them the honor of the award is a representative case that proved KATSEYE's enormous star power, surpassing 8 billion impressions and 400 million views when it was released in August last year. Brand CEO Richard Dixon praised the campaign, which drew active public participation, as a "cultural takeover," and foreign media focused attention on KATSEYE's identity, born through Chairman Bang Si-hyuk's K-pop system. Based on this syndromic-level whirlwind, they achieved impressive feats such as ranking No. 2 on Google's U.S. "Trending Musician," appearing on YouTube's "U.S. trending topics," and sweeping No. 1 on TikTok's "2025 global artist of the year."
Their long-running strength on music charts is also ongoing. Following successive hit songs, their recently released single "PINKY UP" rose to No. 72 on the U.S. Billboard main chart Hot 100, marking four consecutive weeks on the chart. It also landed at No. 50 on the U.K. Official Singles Top 100 and No. 83 on the Spotify global chart, maintaining a powerful presence for five weeks. Their previously released second EP "BEAUTIFUL CHAOS" remained on the Billboard 200 chart for an impressive 45 weeks, and even the 2024-released song "Touch" recently entered the U.K. Official Chart, continuing a brilliant long-run trajectory.
