Actor Jang Dong-ju's sudden retirement announcement and reports that he has been unreachable have raised growing concerns among fans.
On the 15th, Jang Dong-ju abruptly announced his retirement on his social media, saying, today I plan to lay down my life as actor Jang Dong-ju.
He said, I lived for a long time under the name of actor and received much love and support, and left, all the moments I laughed and cried in front of the camera were the most shining times of my life. He added that although he is leaving the stage, he will never forget the hearts you have given him for the rest of his life.
But what shocked people even more was that his agency reportedly did not know about it in advance. His agency reportedly tried to contact him to verify the retirement announcement but has been unable to reach him.
