Singer and actor Kim Jaejoong candidly revealed his experience with "sperm freezing" and even shared an unexpected humiliating story.
On the April 15 broadcast of KBS2 Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant, Kim Jaejoong's home was shown with actors Choi Jin-hyuk, Yoon Si-yoon and Yoon Seon-ho gathered.
With three unmarried men in their 40s gathered that day, the conversation naturally turned to marriage. Choi Jin-hyuk said, "I want to get married within four years," expressing his intention, but Yoon Si-yoon honestly said, "I have no intention of getting married at all right now."In particular, the two joked about the plight of being an only son, saying, "My mother actually seems to not want me to get married," which drew laughter.
Then Kim Jaejoong surprised everyone with an unexpected confession. He said, "I have the intention to get married," and "I tried sperm freezing," drawing attention.Kim Jaejoong explained, "I wanted to prepare in advance for a healthy child," and vividly recounted his experience at the time. He recalled, "When I went to the hospital for the first consultation with the doctor, he suddenly said, 'Please take off your pants,'" and added, "They started by checking if there was anything outwardly wrong." Hearing this, Choi Jin-hyuk said, "That's shocking," clearly startled.
Kim Jaejoong went on to say, "After the examination, the real problem is what comes next. You enter the full-fledged 'room of truth,'" which provoked laughter. He especially explained the sperm collection process, saying, "It's a problem if it comes out too quickly and a problem if it comes out too late, so you have to hit the golden time," which left the set in stitches.
Above all, the biggest humiliation was separate.
