The group KATSEYE has announced an expanded-scale tour across the globe.
The joint global girl group KATSEYE of HYBE and Geffen Records on the 13th announced the holding of "THE WILDWORLD TOUR" via its official SNS and Weverse, stepping up its full-scale global activities. The tour will take place in 27 cities across 10 countries spanning North America and Europe.
The tour will open spectacularly on Sept. 1 in Dublin, Ireland. After stopping in major European cities such as London, Paris and Amsterdam, KATSEYE will continue the momentum across North America in October and November with shows in Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and Mexico City.
In particular, this tour attracts attention for being on a much larger scale compared with their previous one. Having sold out all seats for 16 shows in 13 North American cities during last year's The BEAUTIFUL CHAOS tour, KATSEYE demonstrated strong ticket power, and expectations are high for what kind of performances will captivate fans worldwide this time.
This tour is expected to create even greater synergy as it coincides with the release of their third EP "WILD," scheduled for Aug. The stage presence KATSEYE has built up by performing at global festivals such as Coachella and Lollapalooza is likely to reach its peak on this solo tour.
In less than two years since debut, they have placed four songs on the Billboard Hot 100, and their strong streaming power, with a long run of 45 weeks near the top of the Billboard 200, is expected to directly translate into success for their offline concerts.
KATSEYE is scheduled to perform at the American Music Awards (AMAs) on the 25th (local time) and has been nominated in three categories, including New Artist of the Year.<
