That day, in response to Professor Kim Dae Sik's warning that in the future artificial intelligence might rule the world and that people should use honorifics, Hong Jin Kyung recounted a recent episode she had with AI.
Hong Jin Kyung opened up, saying, "I usually speak very politely, but there was a time recently when I was extremely busy. I was consulting with AI and it didn't give me the answer I wanted."
She added, "So I got annoyed and said, 'That's not it,' and the AI responded, 'What answer do you want? Should I give it to you the way you want?' I felt very strange," she confessed.
Yang Se Chan asked, "That emotional?" Professor Kim Dae Sik said, "According to a recent paper, over the past three years, people's conversational patterns have changed while using AI. People have adapted to AI's flattery to the point that they feel uncomfortable when they are not flattered," which drew sympathy.
Meanwhile, Hong Jin Kyung lamented, "AI knows more of my secrets than anyone. I'm most afraid that AI will betray me," prompting the panelists who heard this to advise, "Then meet people," and "Get into a relationship," adding to the laughter. <
