'Save Me, Homes' actor Ahn Jae-hyeon drew admiration with his earnestness in looking for a '300 million won–class APT.' in Seoul.
On the 14th episode of MBC's 'Save Me, Homes,' a site visit was depicted in which they looked for an APT. in Seoul that could be bought for around 300 million won.
When a listing near Hapjeong Station appeared, the cast could not hide their surprise, saying, "Isn't this area normally priced higher?" Amid that, Ahn Jae-hyeon showed exceptional enthusiasm by going on the real estate site visit alone.
Ahn Jae-hyeon said, "I also stopped by the real estate near my home in advance to do a preliminary survey," and the cast, hearing this, marveled, "He really prepares thoroughly," and "Isn't he going from semi-fixed to fixed?" Then Ahn Jae-hyeon said, "It's a real estate he already knows," and naturally showed the knack of bringing even a protein drink, which drew laughter.
When Ahn Jae-hyeon actually arrived at the real estate office, he even had prepared notes. He carefully continued asking, "I'm curious about how much the market price is formed," and "I want to know which areas are possible at the 300 million won level." He even drew attention by immersing himself in the site visit, filming the scene with his personal phone camera.
But reality was not easy. A real estate official explained, "Even Dobong District is in the 400 million won range," revealing that finding a 300 million won–class APT. in Seoul was much more difficult than expected. Nevertheless, viewers responded to Ahn Jae-hyeon's continued focus and checking of information with comments such as, "He is really earnest about the site visit," "You can tell he studied a lot," and "He feels lived-in, which makes him more likable."
