The group CORTIS is dominating global charts.
BigHit Music said on the 13th, "According to the latest U.S. Billboard charts released on the 12th (May 16 issue), CORTIS's 'REDRED' entered the Bubbling Under Hot 100 at No. 17."
With this, CORTIS has appeared on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 about nine months after debuting in August last year. This is more meaningful as it is the first charting record among K-pop boy groups that debuted within the past five years.
The Bubbling Under Hot 100 is a chart that shows up to 25 songs that did not make Billboard's main song chart, the Hot 100, and it is also a meaningful achievement that CORTIS reached the threshold of entering the Hot 100 in less than a year since debut.
Also, CORTIS's 'REDRED' rose to No. 43 on the Global 200 and No. 24 on the Global (excluding U.S.), proving its upward momentum, and 'GREENGREEN' reached No. 8 on the World Albums chart.
'REDRED' is the title track of CORTIS's second full-length album GREENGREEN, released on the 4th, and is a song that juxtaposes what CORTIS wants with "green" and what it wants to avoid with "red."
