Chef Park Eun-young revealed the love story with her husband.
On the 13th, a video titled "Chinese cuisine promise Park Eun-young's failed(?) self bridal shower and Park Eun-young's first-ever Q&A (confession story, husband lookalike, worst dish on MasterChef Korea)" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Bap Eun-young'.
That day, while preparing a self bridal shower, Park Eun-young revealed her love story with her husband. She, who said she met her husband years ago through an introduction, shyly confessed, "We met again and it worked out."
She continued, "He would just occasionally contact me to ask how I was doing, and then when I went to Korea once in a while we'd meet, and that's how we got a little closer. We went back and forth a lot between Hong Kong and Korea."
The producers asked, "Did the chef confess first?" and Park Eun-young revealed, "I didn't confess; I think I pressured him. We weren't dating, but whenever he came to Korea we'd have a meal together, and I felt that kind of relationship was ambiguous, so I said it as if today would be the last meal."
She added, "But he felt it was too much of a long-distance relationship," explaining, "I couldn't call it long distance because he came to Korea about once a week, and I was taking flights eight times a month, so from my perspective it was hard to call it long distance."
Still, she understood, saying, "But he can now feel it as long distance. He can't see me even when he wants to."
Above all, Park Eun-young said her husband is the type who wants to see her often. Regarding this, Park Eun-young joked, "Isn't once a week fine for me?"
Meanwhile, Park Eun-young is scheduled to hold her wedding at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul this May.
