An unprecedented meeting that Asia is watching has been arranged. Actors Woo Jeok and Wang Yeongro will raise audience heart rates this summer with a single romance.
The film "Only the day you are visible" (director: Song Horim | grants: Woo Jeok, Wang Yeongro, others | provided/distributed by: Horizon Works Co., Ltd. | imported/co-distributed by: THE H Studio Co., Ltd.) confirmed its domestic release in June and made a full-scale announcement of its arrival by unexpectedly revealing a sensuous visual teaser poster.
"Only the day you are visible" is a work depicting an "irreplaceable falling-in-love romance" in which the man whose whole world turned yellow after an accident, "Chen Xiaozhou" (played by Woo Jeok), meets the woman who is perfect in every way, "Feng Jianan" (played by Wang Yeongro), and they color each other's worlds. It is expected to portray a fateful salvation narrative in which he finds the world's whole color only through one person.
Above all, the lead actors' drastic transformations and chemistry are points that raise expectations. Woo Jeok, who rose as a rising star in Asia by showing intense action in recent big productions, sheds his rough image in this work and shows a completely different face as a pure young man in love.
Joining him is Wang Yeongro, who became the next-generation youth icon with unique charm. She plays Chen Xiaozhou's only haven and the charming gourmet influencer Feng Jianan, showing an explosive "melo synergy" with Woo Jeok in which the narrative is completed with their eyes alone.
The released teaser poster is also unusual. The heart-shaped lightning visual that captures the eye, along with the sentimental copy "The moment I met you, the whole world began to look different," intuitively shows the direction of the sweet yet thrilling romance the two will paint and piques curiosity.
The megaphone is in the hands of director Song Horim, who has an excellent sense for capturing delicate emotional lines in everyday life. Song's distinctive detailed direction is expected to make audiences deeply overinvest in the two people's romance. The meeting of youth stars representing Asia and their poignant emotions are expected to paint the theaters pink this June and summer.
