On the 11th episode of tvN STORY 'What are you leaving behind', Yoon Jungsoo appeared.
Yoon Jungsoo said the reason he did not give up on life and was able to overcome his difficult times was his mother. He said, "My parents divorced when I was one and my mother raised me. I think I got back up again because I resemble my mother's spiritedness."
Yoon Jungsoo said he worried his mother would be home alone even when the show was airing, so he stopped by her house and said, "She can't hear well, so when she gets older she leaves the light on. Since calls don't go through, I stop by the house briefly." Yoon Jungsoo lamented that he was an unfilial son and that he couldn't even give her grandchildren.
Later, Yoon Jungsoo cited 'With You', in which he appeared as a virtual couple with Kim Sook, as the turning point that allowed him to rise again after going through the hell of bankruptcy. He said, "It might have taken a long time to pay off the debt, but Kim Sook appeared and gained popularity through 'With You.' When Kim Sook speaks, I follow without hesitation. I am grateful."
