On March 12 the broadcast of SBS 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' (hereinafter Same Bed, Different Dreams 2) depicted the newlywed daily life of Bae Seong-jae and Kim Da-young.
That day, Bae Seong-jae and Kim Da-young invited Nucksal and Lee Mal-nyeon to their home. Kim Da-young voiced complaints about Bae Seong-jae's diet.
Lee Mal-nyeon asked whether he was not like this when they first met. Kim Da-young said, "I met him when he was fatter than now," and Bae Seong-jae explained, "My highest weight was when we first met. 100.1kg." Nucksal and Lee Mal-nyeon teased, calling them 'Bae Ho-dong' and 'Bae-kiri'.
Lee Mal-nyeon asked, "(He was originally overweight) how did the relationship start?" and Kim Da-young said, "I actually love this appearance. He doesn't look fat. I'm not saying I want him to have six-pack abs. I just want him to make efforts for his health."
She continued, "If I had looked at his appearance, would I have married him? His looks are good. It's truly for health reasons."
