The late Choi Jin-sil's daughter, Choi Jun-hee, confessed to a heavy-hearted feeling of longing for her parents as she prepares to marry.
Jun-hee recently wrote a long post on her social media, saying, "I finally restored the video of my first birthday party that my grandmother had kept until now."
She mentioned a scene in the first birthday video in which her mother, smiling, said, "I will definitely invite the people who came today again when our Su-min gets married, so please stay healthy for a long time." She added, "It was so strange and touching that the people who were there are now waiting for my wedding."
But at the same time, she candidly conveyed, "What makes me saddest is that only mom and dad are missing from all those seats," drawing sympathy. Jun-hee confessed, "The more I prepare for the wedding, the more various emotions surface," adding, "There were many rumors and tabloid-like stories during the preparations, and the whole family went through a hard time."
Still, she revealed a tender feeling, saying, "I thought this one video alone was enough," and, "It seemed to contain everything about what kind of love I was raised in and what kind of heart I have lived with." She also conveyed the nervous excitement before the wedding, saying, "Now there is really not much time left, so I'm excited, nervous and sometimes unexpectedly moved to tears."
