At the time, Lee Young-ji said at the concert, "I didn't come to my seniors' concert wearing sunglasses to look cool," and, "I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery a few days ago. Lee Young-ji also spoke about the reason for the surgery, saying, "People always asked me if I was tired even though I wasn't, so that was a constant concern."
