In "Youth Over Flowers: Limited Edition," actor Park Seo Jun tried the trending "MZ selfie" and, realizing a bitter reality, drew big laughs.
The episode of tvN's "Youth Over Flowers: Limited Edition" that aired on the 10th continued the suddenly started trip of Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo Jun and Choi Wooshik.
Arriving in Namwon, Park Seo Jun, Jung Yu-mi and Choi Wooshik posed in front of the lodging mirror to leave memories by taking the so-called "MZ shot," a recently trending photo style, and struck poses toward the mirror.
But feeling some awkwardness, Jung Yu-mi broke into an embarrassed laugh, saying, "We're really not MZ," expressing embarrassment at not being able to produce the "MZ sensibility" that comes easily to trends.
In response, Park Seo Jun coolly admitted, "We're now young forty-somethings," confessing the reality check he felt in front of the mirror. Defining himself as a "young person in their 40s," Park Seo Jun's remark, which made him feel the barrier of age, drew laughs.
Going further, Choi Wooshik coined the novel nickname "PoPo" for Jung Yu-mi, who is 44 this year, and took charge of the mood. Park Seo Jun also seemed to like the nickname, saying, "PoPo is cute. I'm 'almost-po'," referring to himself in his late 30s as "almost in his 40s," using the term "almost-po" to drive the point home.
