"Love Catcher 2" couple Song Sera and Park Jeong-jin, who maintained a long-term relationship after becoming a couple on the show, have become husband and wife.
On the afternoon of the 9th, Song Sera and Park Jeong-jin held an outdoor wedding at Samcheonggak in Seongbuk District, Seoul. Family, relatives, acquaintances and colleagues attended the site to celebrate their hundred-year pledge.
Five days before the wedding, Song Sera said, "Somehow the wedding has come up right in front of me. We have been preparing since last year, but it feels like everything came at once and I was preparing in a daze, so even now I feel somewhat stunned."
She continued, "I thought I would live a long life and see what happens; I grew up without particularly thinking about marriage, but meeting someone willing to take me on led to long-term dating and now marriage... I find myself amazed, too," she said.
After the wedding, Song Sera shared photos and videos of the wedding site posted by acquaintances on social media.
Wearing a pure white dress, Song Sera and Park Jeong-jin, dressed in a neat tuxedo with a white tie, held the wedding at the outdoor hanok space Samcheonggak. The space, decorated with roses, phalaenopsis and lily of the valley among other flowers, attracted attention.
In the second part, the two enjoyed the main party in a black dress and casual suit respectively, and throughout the wedding they looked at each other affectionately, showing their affection.
Meanwhile, Song Sera and Park Jeong-jin rose to public attention in 2019 when they appeared on Mnet's "Love Catcher 2." At the time, Song Sera gave up the prize money and switched from money catcher to love catcher, the two succeeded in couple matching, and they also opened the couple YouTube channel "Sera to Jeongjin" to share their daily lives.
