The Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant singer Kim Yong Bin revealed his school record.
On the 8th episode of KBS 2TV's Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (hereafter Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant), a full-fledged Daegu trip by Kim Yong Bin and his close friend Chu Hyuk-jin was depicted, and Kim Yong Bin drew attention by visiting his alma mater.
That day Kim Yong Bin visited his alma mater, Suseong Middle School. A congratulatory banner for winning Mr. Trot 3 was hung at the school gate, and seeing it, Chu Hyuk-jin exclaimed, "Won't you have to go to Seoul National University?" in surprise.
In response, Kim Yong Bin said, "It's the last school. I took the high school equivalency exam," and added, "I think it's been about 20 years since I came." Entering the school, Kim Yong Bin explained, "I could have gone to art school. I liked drawing," and Chu Hyuk-jin teased, "So you weren't into studying even then," prompting laughter.
Afterwards, Chu Hyuk-jin said, "These days it's fashionable to get a copy of your school record," and suggested going to the teachers' office. Kim Yong Bin said, "I'm neat. There's nothing that will come up," then printed out his school record.
Chu Hyuk-jin was surprised by photos of Kim Yong Bin's school days and admired, "So pretty. I thought it wasn't yours and checked the gender, but it was male." Kim Yong Bin said he was allowed not to cut his hair because of broadcasting activities.
All of the grades revealed for Kim Yong Bin were 'A.' Chu Hyuk-jin teased, "Where do you plan to go?" and Kim Yong Bin, embarrassed, said, "I don't think I should see any more of this," which brought laughter.
