Actress Jun Ji-hyun said she is learning kickboxing, drawing attention.
On the 8th, a video titled "The Gunche team and Waggle boarding the Yenniverse" was posted on the YouTube channel Channel Fullmoon. That day, visiting PD Na Young-seok were director Yeon Sang-ho of the film "Gunche" and actors Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Changwook, Shin Hyun-been, and Kim Shin-rock.
That day PD Na Young-seok asked the "Gunche" team, "Do you have gatherings like company dinners often" He followed up with the question, "Is there a menu you eat often?" in response to the answer that they have small gatherings at director Yeon Sang-ho's studio.
In response Koo Kyo-hwan answered, "In my case I sometimes bring the snacks I want to eat," and PD Na Young-seok asked, "When Jun Ji-hyun goes to those gatherings does she bring something" out of curiosity.
Director Yeon Sang-ho said, "Actress Jun Ji-hyun has a different palate from us," and asked, "What is that stick-like thing" The stick referred to celery.
Hearing this, Koo Kyo-hwan added, "Senior Jun Ji-hyun has a cooler box she carries around." Jun Ji-hyun replied, "When I'm filming I especially avoid eating too much because it affects concentration and makes me very sleepy, so I'm mindful of it."
She said, "I also do personal training, and these days I do kickboxing. I originally went to do boxing but they kept telling me to kick, so I tried it and the more I did it the more I wanted to kick well," revealing the exercise she has recently gotten into.
She added, "When we were young weren't there many moments when we ran around until we were breathless. But as you get older those moments vanish, and kickboxing makes you exercise until you're out of breath, so I really like it," eliciting surprise.
Meanwhile, "Gunche" is a film about a building sealed off by an unidentified infection, where isolated survivors confront infectees who evolve into unpredictable forms. It was officially invited to the midnight screening section of the 79th Cannes Film Festival, drawing strong interest even before its release.<
