Afterward the two tried gyrotonic exercise. Ko Hyun-jung showed nervousness, saying, "I came with the mindset of going to the military." In particular she revealed that it was her first exercise in about 20 years, which surprised viewers. Under the guidance of the instructor introduced by Kang Minkyung Ko Hyun-jung began exercising. As soon as she got off the equipment she let out a shriek, smashed her head on the floor and suffered. Seeing this Kang Minkyung teased her, saying, "Who are you bowing to?" which caused laughter. After finishing the exercise Ko Hyun-jung expressed satisfaction, saying, "It's better than I thought. I feel like I'm getting good energy."
Meanwhile in the video Ko Hyun-jung also cautiously mentioned her health condition. She said, "I lost my sensitive temperament," and "In 2020 I had an emergency really major surgery. The area connecting the duodenum and pancreas was only sutured. There were stomach problems and multiple situations were complex," she revealed.
Earlier it was revealed that Ko Hyun-jung underwent a major operation late last year due to deteriorating health which caused many fans to worry. Since then she has been slowly resuming activities and this attempt at exercise is also attracting attention as a new change for recovery of her health.
