Yewon of girl group USPEER will conclude her activities with the team.
On the 6th, MW Entertainment said, "Yewon has taken sufficient rest and recovery time since the second half of last year, and during this period she has carefully and deliberatively discussed her future activity direction for a long time. Accordingly, after mutual consultation with Yewon, our company has decided that she will conclude her team activities as a member of USPEER."
It added, "We apologize for causing concern to fans with this sudden news. Although Yewon's activities with USPEER are ending, our company sincerely supports her future. USPEER, who released their first single album SPEED ZONE in June last year and was noted as a "fully formed rookie" after ranking high on various music charts, moved to MW Entertainment, newly established by CEO Lee Won-min, earlier this year and had announced a comeback in the first half of the year.
