The group ENHYPEN launched the official character "ENCHIN," created with sincere feelings for fans, and has begun targeting global fan affection.
On the morning of the 7th, ENHYPEN released an illustration introducing the character ENCHIN on the group's official social media. The published image contains six cute characters—Woonchu (Jeongwon), Noksta (Jay), Jayki (Jake), Snowy (Seonghun), Kisyu (Sunoo), and Phuni (Niki)—whose appearances boast an astonishing level of sync with the members, drawing explosive reactions from fans.
"ENCHIN" contains the meaning "friend of ENGENE (the fandom name)." The thoughtful planning intention stands out: to quietly bring luck and comfort by blending into fans' daily lives. In particular, the concept that they can freely move anywhere with a bag equipped with an ENGENE light stick and deliver happiness reflects the members' desire to be with fans anytime and anywhere.
What draws the most attention is the characters' individual abilities that fully reflect the members' personalities. From Woonchu, who offers a pleasant greeting with soft jelly paw pads, to Noksta, the energizing guitarist; Jayki, the dog that gives courage; Snowy, the white dog that provides warm comfort; Kisyu, who embodies close friendship; and Phuni, who brings good luck—each is equipped with distinctive charms.
The members participated directly from the planning stage through design, naming and detailed personality settings, adding meaning to the characters. In the making-of videos released on the 5th and 6th, the members are shown sharing opinions seriously yet wittily and breathing life into the characters, offering fans another source of enjoyment.
ENHYPEN personally rolled up their sleeves from character conception to design to complete a "special fan service." With the launch of ENCHIN, all eyes of ENGENE worldwide are focused on the diverse projects they will present in the future.<
