Actor Kim Jeong-nan was happy about the success of Park Jihoon, who had been connected to her as a son in a work.
On the 6th, Kim Jeong-nan's YouTube channel uploaded a video titled "Mom Kim Jeong-nan who said, "I knew he would do well," and the son Park Jihoon who made it a reality (Baeksang rookie nominee)".
That day Kim Jeong-nan invited Park Jihoon, who recently made the whole nation suffer from "Danjong fever" with the 10 million admissions success of the film "The King's Warden", to her home and served homemade food.
Kim Jeong-nan, who had played mother and child together in the 2024 film 'The world is such a pretty Audrey', recalled the connection, saying, "Jihoon appeared as my son when we filmed a movie together a few years ago," and asked, "And now, wow, a 10-million actor. You were nominated for Baeksang this time?"

I should have given the senior more rhythm, but I wondered if I could follow the senior's energy. But while filming, the senior guided me so that I could come out very naturally, and I was grateful."

I thought he hadn't even washed his face. We filmed a dawn scene and I had to go to the market, so he left first, started the car for a scene like that. When he woke up in the morning he looked a bit tousled, with slightly swollen eyes and maybe still had eye gunk—really that face. Did he really worry and do that? Or was it because we filmed a bit early? I wondered," she admired.
Park Jihoon shared behind-the-scenes, "What I remember is that I deliberately messed up my hair. Hair is done on set, right? It's a dawn scene and it's a scene where you wait for your mother, but I felt too neat, so I went to the bathroom and secretly..." Kim Jeong-nan said, "Exactly. Anyway, didn't you think and do it like that?"
Kim Jeong-nan asked, "Your schedule is no joke these days, right?" and Park Jihoon said, "(In April) I have two days off. I'm working seven days a week doing promotion for 'The Legend of Kitchen Soldier' and preparing for a comeback. My home has kind of become an inn. When I get home I wash and sleep, and when the alarm rings I get up like a robot," but added, "It's very hard but I'm grateful. Anyway, it means I'm being loved."
