LE SSERAFIM has revealed the title of the lead single from their new full-length album for the first time, kicking off the countdown to their comeback.
At 12 a.m. on the 6th, LE SSERAFIM posted on the team's official SNS and the global fan platform Weverse the promotion timetable containing the title of the lead single from the second full-length album 'PUREFLOW' pt.1 (Pureflow pt.1) and a variety of content schedules.
The unveiled title track of the new release is 'BOOMPALA'. Just as the album title 'PUREFLOW' was created as an anagram of the English word 'POWERFUL,' the title track 'BOOMPALA' is also a coined word not registered in dictionaries, newly created by LE SSERAFIM for this comeback. Global fans' curiosity is rising over the meaning contained in the unique title and the overall mood of the song.
According to the released timetable, a wealth of promotions will surge without pause until the release day on the 22nd. First, on the 8th, a video called Just BOOMPALA that gives a glimpse of the mood of the title track will be unveiled, and on the 11th the 'BOOMPALA Pavilion' will open for fans. Then from the 12th to the 14th, intriguing content with specific forms shrouded in mystery—such as 'BIRCH SCAR', 'YUSU LILY', and 'PEONY ROOM'—will be sequentially opened, adding fun to the speculation. After compact version album information on the 15th, a title track preview will be released on the 18th, a highlight medley on the 19th, and two music video teaser videos will be released consecutively on the 20th and 21st, raising comeback excitement to a peak.
LE SSERAFIM preheated early by pre-releasing the lead single CELEBRATION on the 24th of last month ahead of the official comeback.
