Actor Kang Ye-won expressed gratitude to acquaintances after the news of her father's passing.
On the 5th, Kang Ye-won posted several photos and a long message on her social media, revealing her deep affection for her father.
First, Kang Ye-won wrote, "The warm hand that held mine tightly, the heartfelt words of consolation. The footsteps that rushed here in a hurry. When we were struggling with the sorrow of seeing my father off, the warm condolences and offerings you gave allowed us not to be consumed by grief and enabled us to carry out the funeral safely as the deceased would have wished. Thanks to that, we are now slowly finding our composure."
Kang Ye-won continued, "Thinking of the kindness you showed, it would be proper for me to visit and offer my thanks in person, but circumstances are still unsettled, so I offer my thanks in writing first and ask that you kindly understand." She was expressing gratitude to those who mourned with her and came to pay their respects at the time of her father's passing.
Kang Ye-won lost her father on the 30th of last month. Earlier, she had revealed that her father was battling an illness, showing deep filial devotion.
