Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie's reported plan to emigrate to Cambodia has surfaced.
On the 4th (local time), U.S. entertainment outlets including People reported that Angelina Jolie put her Los Angeles (LA) mansion on the market. Foreign media also reported that Jolie is preparing to emigrate to Cambodia.
Angelina Jolie's LA mansion is listed for $29.85 million (Hanwha about 44 billion won). The dwelling was purchased by Jolie in 2017 for $24.5 million (Hanwha about 36.1 billion won), shortly after her divorce from her former husband, Hollywood actor Brad Pitt.
Notably, this property was once owned by Hollywood film director Cecil B. DeMille and is a mansion with various outbuildings and special security features in addition to the main house. It is known as a resort-scale property with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms on about 2.1 acres of private land.
Rumors of Angelina Jolie's move to LA have long been raised. Cambodia is also the birthplace of Maddox, Jolie's eldest son whom she adopted. Previously, in an interview with foreign media, he said, "After leaving LA, I plan to spend time in Cambodia. I want to visit and spend time with my family wherever they are in the world." <
