On the 28th of last month, 82MAJOR released their fifth mini album FEELM and announced a glamorous comeback by holding a fan showcase that resembled a concert the same day. Since then, they have stepped up full-scale promotions by appearing consecutively on major music show stages, starting with Mnet's M Countdown and including KBS 2TV's MUSIC BANK, MBC's Show! Music Core, and SBS's Inkigayo.
In this promotion cycle, 82MAJOR showcased a more mature visual through styling that highlighted the stark contrast between black and white. While black suits revealed a strong masculinity, white outfits radiated a sophisticated yet modern charm. The members' deepened gazes and relaxed stage manner perfectly demonstrated the changes of a matured team.
The title track "Sign" is a song that harmonizes a dreamy melody with restrained beats, precariously portraying the emotions of two people growing closer through signals they exchange. In the section where the lyric "tiki-taki-tak" is repeated, a sensual charm is added, capturing listeners' ears. It is also meaningful that all members participated in the song's production, further embedding their unique musical color.
True to their label as a "performance-oriented idol," the members heightened the stage's completeness with a wristwatch dance, time-lag choreography, and smooth lines marked by precise tempo control.
